Limited Product Warranty
Plunder Design offers a limited 90 day warranty on all of our jewelry. For defective items, you will need to provide a clear picture of the full item, the order number, item number, and account number. This information must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Please submit this information to support.plunderdesign.com.
Please note that accidental breakage and lost items are not covered under this warranty.

If you are not satisfied with your Plunder purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days. Product must be in like new condition. Plunder Design reserves the right to determine the condition of returned product. For a refund or exchange, please fill out a Plunder Return Form provided by your Stylist and ship it back with the product to Plunder Design within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
